There was some confusion on the seller's end with their inventory adding extra time to ship out the item, but they kept me up-to-date on the order and were able to sort it out and send me a brand new CPU as stated in the listing. It arrived safely but only barely as the outer shipping box looked beat-up and there was just enough bubble padding to protect the product. A little extra padding inside and putting "FRAGILE" on the outside of the box may help for next time. I wouldn't call this a "perfectly smooth transaction", but overall I'm still quite happy with the CPU and the price I paid for it despite the minor snags.

Shipping was fast. The graphics card was shipped very well packed in it's original box with even the PCI-E connector cover still on it. Sometimes it's the small details that show a genuine care for the purchaser. Thank you for being a great seller!
